DEYA Thermaikou calls upon citizens with outstanding debts to visit its offices immediately to arrange for the settlement of their debts. This is because, effective November 1, 2026, the installment terms are changing pursuant to Article 272 of Law 5314/2026; repayment installments will henceforth be subject to an interest charge in accordance with Paragraph 3, Sub-paragraph A2, Paragraph A, Article 1 of Law 4152/2013 (Government Gazette A’ 107) regarding the standing arrangement for overdue debts.
