(Mandatory) – Update your water intake records

What does “updated water consumption” mean?

It means that the bill is issued in the name of the actual person liable for the water consumption, the actual consumer, and his/her record in the DEYATH file is fully updated (with VAT number, Taxpayer ID, Personal Identification Number, contact phone number, e-mail and meter number)

If we do not update

  1. We cannot request a discount due to leakage, correction of incorrect billing, water meter check or make a settlement.
  2. We cannot request inclusion in the special DEYATH tariffs (social, professional) and benefit from the favorable charges.
  3. For reasons of personal data protection, our requests are not served or questions about our service are not answered. Since we are not the ones who “appear” on the card!
  4. We cannot access DEYATH’s electronic services.
  5. We cannot register the indication of the next four months (with attached photo). Mainly for residences that we do not have access to measure.
  6. We may cause problems in our uninterrupted water supply (interruption due to lack of data).

IMPORTANT: Professionals are now required to update the cards, an obligation so that DEYATH’s documents are correctly transmitted to the my DATA digital platform of AADE (A.1138/2020).

How do we update our water intake record? Electronically, without physical presence, through Ydata.eu by entering a unique code that is written on the front of your account.
