ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL Rationalization

• Pricing & Service: The complete rationalization of the Invoicing Period was achieved, with the timely issuance of invoices every four months. The digital transition through the Ydata Platform reduced mailing costs and increased the speed of user information.
• Debt Collection: With the implementation of Overdue Debt Adjustments, collectability increased by 25%, allowing resources to be reinvested in new projects.
• Water Meter Inspection and Replacement: An increase in cubic meters owed was achieved due to the accuracy of measurements.

TECHNICAL PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE

• Security & Water Quality:

• A modern automated Arsenic (As) and Iron (Fe) removal system was installed.
• The Replacement of the Central Asbestos Pipe at Angelochori Beach was completed.
• Systematic Cleaning of Water Tanks and Rainwater Wells was carried out.

• Adequacy & New Networks:

• Drilling of a new borehole in Perea to meet water supply needs.
• Assignment and commencement of construction of the new water supply network of Agia Triada and N. Epivates.
• Maintenance of houses and preparation of studies for the improvement of all facilities.
